I was thinking about the DC cinematic universe when I was drawing this...I use a lot of DC iconography in my art...because I like DC. I'm more of a marvel guy, overall, but I do like DC

(you can be both, trust me)

DC is getting a bad rap lately because the DCEU is shelling out bad representations of their characters. Depictions that, frankly, seem to reveal a fundamental misunderstanding of the character's core concepts. And now they are trying to smear a Marvel veneer over it, which is...cringe inducing.

I thought the Aquaman movie looked like it had promise...but I saw the extended preview and that hope died pretty fast.

I wont prattle on about it. But just take heart, DC fans. Your characters are good. They really are.

but your movies range from tolerable to hot dirty garbage.

(but at least its humorous)
